Alicia Shatley, age 31, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, Va.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Buddy and Eula Heath; paternal grandparents, Dean and Evelyn Shatley; uncle, Buddy Heath.

Alicia is survived by her parents, Billy Dean and Cynthia Shatley; brother, Billy Gene Shatley (Kailey Cregger); fiancé, Robbie Henley; special friend, Tonya Perkins; caregivers, Betty Osborne and Sheila Musick; fur babies, Tippy & Elvis; many other family members and friends who loved Alicia and she loved them.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, all services will be private.
