Anna Osborne

Marion, Va. 

Anna Osborne age 70, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tenn.

Anna was a true lady. She was a loving mom to her boys, mamaw, sister and friend. Anna was the kindest person you could ever meet. She loved to paint and was a huge Bob Ross fan. Anna enjoyed painting nature and all of God’s creatures. Jesse says in their 29 years he’d never heard her cuss – unless it was him and he probably had it coming. Anna will leave a huge hole on this old world, but what a joy to know there is no more pain in the arms of Jesus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ada Grubb; several brothers and sisters.

Anna is survived by the love of her life, Jesse Lee Bell; sons, Shannon Frailey and Shane Frailey, all of Marion, Va.; sister, Patty; brothers, Frank, Carl and Greg; grandchildren, Riana, Robert, Waylon and Ada; great-grandchild, Kingston; several nieces and nephews. 

In keeping with Anna’s wishes, all services will be private.
