Bryon Shannon Hale

Bryon Shannon Hale age 31, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023.

Bryon was born June 24, 1991 in Marion, Va. to Steve and April Hale, but he grew up in the Edgewater community of Annapolis, Md. He loved his Redskins but would give the Ravens some support from time to time. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, hunting, motor cross and was a natural born jokester. Bryon was a caring, loving young man with a big heart of gold. He would do whatever he could to help someone if they needed it. Most of all, he was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, nephew and friend who is dearly missed. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mason Edward and Evangeline “Porkey” Cox, and O’dell Hale; aunt, Petra Giddings; and uncle, Brian Deimel.

Bryon is survived by the mother of his child, Nicole Guernsey of N.C.; daughter he thought the world of, Arianna Shannon Hale Guernsey of N.C.; father, Bryon “Steve” Hale (Rhonda Hale) of Atkins, Va.; mother, April Hale Washington of Edgewater, Md.; sisters, Sarina Marie Hale of Reading, Pa., Jasmine Michelle Hale of Marion, Va., Breanna Nicole Hale (Sarah Wright) of Atkins, Va.; brother, Joe Flowers of Hickory, N.C.; grandma, Cynthia Bobick; uncle Brock Hale; aunts, Rosette Hale, and Coley Evans (Bob Owens); several nieces and nephews; special friends, Tyler Schultz and Brian Jessee.
