SUGAR GROVE, Va.

Danny Richard Parks, age 59, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at his home in Sugar Grove, Va.

Danny was a happy guy who loved his familiy, doing odd jobs, working on cars and being a friend to anyone who needed him. His smile and easy going way will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Ollie Ruth Parks; and sister, Virginia Saults.

Danny is survived by his children, Eric Parks and Ashley Parks; sisters, Hattie Cullop, Zetta Hicks, Dorothy Grindstaff and Lorie Martin; grandchildren, Nevaeh, Hunter and Mason; special friends, Rick Jonas and Becky Perkins; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 5 until 6 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. A celebration of Danny’s life will be held later this summer at Bald Rock in Grayson County, Va.
