Donald Ray Collins, age 80, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC.

Born in Baileysville, West Va. to the late D.B. and Mary Collins, Donald was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army; and was retired from the Radford Arsenal.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ruth Ellen Collins of the home; and other loving family and friends.
