Dorothy Stacy

ATKINS, VIRGINIA: DOROTHY HELEN LOONEY STACY, age 90, went to sleep with the Lord, Friday, May 23, 2008 in Ridgefield Assisted Living in Seven Mile Ford, Virginia. She is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband of 68 years, Ronald Alfredrick Stacy. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald Wayne and Peggy Stacy of Atkins, Virginia, and Ronald Leon and Judy Stacy of Raleigh, North Carolina; one sister, Agnes Kidd of Bluefield, Virginia; three grandchildren, Rhonda Hall and husband, Shayne of Atkins, Virginia; Renita Kalber and husband, Chris of Marion, Virginia; and Jimmy Stacy of Raleigh, North Carolina; four great-grandchildren, Kara and Adrian Hall both of Atkins, Virginia, and Lindsey and Lucas Kalber both of Marion, Virginia; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Sunday evening, May 25, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Nouhad Melki and Rev Charles Walker officiating. Graveside service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Bastian, Virginia. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
