MARION, Va.: EDNA GRAY EVANS HUTTON, age 90, went to Heaven to be with Jesus Sunday, October 4, 2015 at her home in Marion, Va.
Edna was a loving wife, mother and granny/grandma. She was married to the love of her life Garland, for almost 50 years. She raised her children in a Godly home and under the shadow of the church steeple. She loved her garden and to quilt, and gave one to just about everyone she knew. Edna loved her Lord, her family and friends. Thanks to her quilting, they'll continue to feel the warmth of her love for many years to come.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Robert Garland Hutton; and her parents, Gaylord and Nannie Cline Evans.
Edna is survived by two daughters, Linda Hutton Crigger of Marion, Va. and Danita Hutton Alexander and husband, Dale of Roanoke, Va.; two sisters, Gertrude Poston and Charity Blevins; one brother, Charles Evans and wife, Martha all of Marion, Va.; two grandchildren, Jeffrey E. Crigger and wife, Kimberly of Charlotte, N.C. and Shannon D. Crigger of Atkins, Va.; four great-grandchildren, Alyssa Crigger, and Hutton Crigger, both of Charlotte, N.C. and Kallie Crigger and Payton Crigger both of Atkins, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery.
