Elizabeth Sayers

MARION, VIRGINIA: ELIZABETH LOUISE SAYERS, age 87, died Tuesday, September 28, 2004 in Smyth County Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clay and Beatrice Robinson Sayers, two brothers, Ercell Sayers and Harry Sayers. She is survived by two sisters, Sybil Slemp and Jean Bailey both of Marion, Virginia. Four nieces, Mary Sue Stephenson, Clara Jean Howell, Harriett Ann Sink, Nancy List. Three nephews, Billy Sayers, Bill Bailey, and Dennis Bailey. A very dear and loyal friend, Debbie Osborne. Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 1, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Alvin Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Attoway Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
