Frances Morris

FRANCES SHEETS MORRIS, age 72, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at her home. She had been a member of the Cedar Bluff Baptist church for over 30 years. Mrs. Morris was an employee at Virginia House Furniture Company for 16 years. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Oscar Curtis Sheets. She is survived by her husband, Gerard "Jerry" Morris; her children, W.C. and Pam, Patti and Jim and Dawn and Chris; three sisters, Nellie Rangeo, Joann Blevins and Naomi Cale; a special sister-in-law, Maxine Sheets; two grandchildren, Emelee and Jordan; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Eddie Beck and Reverend Robert Price officiating. Entombment will follow in Rose Lawn Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 31, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
