 Frank James “Jim” Keesee, Jr. age 75 passed away Monday, July 01, 2024 in Kingsport, Tenn.

 Jim was born in Smyth County, Va. to the late Frank and Bernice Keesee. He was a foreman for Daniels Construction, and when he wasn’t busy with work, he enjoyed fishing.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Caroline McAllister and Donna Keesee; brother, Scottie Keesee; and life partner, Felicia Jones.

 Jim is survived by his daughter, April Keesling (Richard) of Marion, Va.; sister, Theresa Brooks of Chilhowie, Va.; three grandchildren, Steven Shipley, Paul Shipley and Angel Maxwell; two great-grandchildren, Kristlyan and Michael; several nieces, nephews, and their families; special friends, Graham Jones and Ally Jones.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 15, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Round Hill Cemetery, Cemetery Street, Marion, Va. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m.
