MARION, VIRGINIA: FRANK LEE MORRIS, age 68, died Saturday, January 17, 2009 at his home. He was a member of the South Fork Baptist Church and had attended Freedom Tabernacle Baptist Church for several years. He worked for the Marion Primary School for over 30 years and later worked for Lea Industries, where he retired. Mr. Morris raised 13 children and was a very loving man who loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Marie N. Morris of Marion, Virginia; daughters and sons-in-law, Shania Brooke Morris, Isabella Marie Morris, Latasha Hess and husband, John, and Rebecca Gullion and husband, Kevin all of Marion, Nikeya Harris and husband, Kenneth, Johanna Mitchell and husband, James, all of Saltville; sons and daughters-in-law, Randall Morris and wife, Dawn of Grayson County, Jason Morris and wife, Elisabeth of Wythe County, Steven Morris of Saltville and Joshua D. Widener of Northern Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law, Wavie Coley and husband, Fred and Nancy Anders, all of Marion, Geraldine Hall of Atkins and Mildred Conklin and husband, James and Andrew L. Mann all of Maryland; brothers and sisters-in law, Henry Morris, Ray Morris, Roy Morris and wife Joyce, John Morris, George Morris and wife, Anita, and David Morris all of Marion; eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a good many loved nieces and nephews and dear friends, George and Jackie Hancock. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Mark Totten and Rev. Ricky Shutt officiating.
