Garry Ray Havens

Garry Ray Havens age 63, passed away April 14, 2023 at Bristol Regional Medical Center.

Garry was a talented builder and throughout the years he built many houses all over Smyth and Wythe counties. People always loved and knew him when they needed a heat pump too. He was a wonderful dad, a loving husband and the cool grandpa “Gar”. Garry had a green thumb and a lead foot. He loved working in his flowers and being around old fast cars. Garry will be missed, but it is comforting to know he is with his soulmate, Becky, together in Heaven.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Garry and Beatrice Havens; wife, Becky Havens.

Garry is survived by his daughter, Amy Cox and fiancé, Jeremy Martin; son, Jason Havens, both of Marion, Va.; three grandchildren, Samuel Lee Walker Cox, Mattie Lou Cox and Evangeline Sky Havens.
