George Joseph Ferland

CHILHOWIE, Va.

George Joseph Ferland, age 77, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Elsie Ferland; brothers, Ernie, Richard and Joseph Ferland; sister, Jean Cotroneio; and brother-in-law, Michey Controneio.

George is survived by his sons, Joseph "Jay" Ferland and wife, Kasandra of Marion, Va. and Jared Ferland and wife, Sabrina of Jersey Shore, Pa.; sister, Janet Beaupied and husband, John of Desert Hills, Ariz.; sisters-in-law, Barbara Ferland of Clinton Turnpike, Mich. and Sandy Ferland of Madison Heights, Mich.; eight grandchildren, Emilee Ferland, Marissa Ferland, Isabella Ferland, Jaylin Ferland, Mya Ferland, Colton Ferland, HarmAnee Ferland, and Jakob Ferland; many nieces and nephews that he loved.
