Harry Cassell

CERES, VIRGINIA: HARRY L. CASSELL, age 92 died Thursday, October 20, 2011 at his home in Ceres, Virginia. He worked in construction and carpentry, but the job he loved most was farming, which he had done all his life. Harry is survived by his sister Lena Cassell of Ceres, Virginia; his nephews, Danny Cassell and wife, Kathy, J.W. Cassell and wife, Judy and Jimmy Cassell and wife, Frankie; his nieces, Wanda Tedder, Nancy Umbarger, Linda Shupe, Mable Toms and husband, Linwood, Josie Lambert and husband, George, Dorthy Whitehead and Marie Altizer; and caregiver, Peggy Sue Ellison. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, October 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Will Shelton officiating. Graveside Services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
