MARION, VIRGINIA: JAMES FLOYD "JIMMY" CATRON, Jr. age 52, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012 at his home in Marion.
Jimmy was employed many years at Catron Machine and Welding where he was co-owner and was currently employed at Washington County Park at South Holston Lake.
He was preceded in death by his father, James F. Catron, Sr. and an uncle Charles C. "Scrap" Catron. Jr.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Anita Gore Catron; mother, Cora Lee Routh Catron; brother, Johnny C. Catron and wife, Tina; and niece, Leanna Catron all of Marion, Virginia; and his special friend Suzy, his dog.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Roger Frost & Reverend Timothy Parker officiating. Entombment will follow at Rose Lawn Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
