MARION, VIRGINIA: JOSEPHINE GARZA McNEIL, age 63, died Sunday, September 5, 2004 at Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro Garza and Francis Russell Davis; one brother, Harold Garza; an aunt, Josephine Garza; and her first husband, Curtis S. Horne, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Roy R. McNeil of Marion, Virginia. Three daughters, Donna Smith and husband, Gary of Knoxville, Tennessee; Kathy Rutherford and husband, David of Sugar Grove, Virginia; and Susie Horne of Marion, Virginia. One sister, Connie Garza Dalton and husband, Ron of Marion, Virginia. One brother, Phillip Garza and wife, Sandy of Marion, Virginia. One half-brother, Gary Sexton and wife, Julie of Roanoke, Virginia. Six grandchildren, Stevi Rouse, Levi Rouse, Derek Smith, Savannah Smith, and Sterling Smith all of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Riana Rutherford of Sugar Grove, Virginia. Three nieces and a nephew, Rhonda Russell and Cary Beth Heath both of Marion, Virginia, Gayle Ann McWhorter of Kissimmee, Florida, and Phillip Garza, Jr. of Tampa, Florida. Two step-sons, Roger McNeil and wife, Amy, and James McNeil and wife, Teresa all of Marion, Virginia. Two step-granddaughters, Sarah and Kathryn McNeil and a step-grandson, Zachary McNeil all of Marion, Virginia. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Harry Howe officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Marion Life Saving Crew, P.O.
