Laurie Bailey

MARION, VIRGINIA: LAURIE BARTON BAILEY, age 44, died Wednesday, May 17, 2006 in Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, Virginia. She was born June 28, 1961 to the late Bill and Wylene Barton. She was a free spirit who enjoyed riding with her loving husband and their Harley Davidson friends. She was employed as a pharmacist technician at Counts Drug in Wytheville, Virginia. She is survived by her husband, Larry Bailey of Marion, Virginia; Two sisters and brothers-in-law, Rebecca and Bill Reynolds of Johnson City, Tennessee and Amy and Jimmy Martin of Marion, Virginia; One brother and sister-in-law, Baynard and Sherree Barton of Wytheville, Virginia; Three nieces, Elizabeth Harris and husband, Darin, Sarah Barton, and Jessi Martin, two nephews, Will Barton and wife, Rona and J.W. Martin, and one great-niece, Savannah Harris. One uncle, Dr. Walter Barton and wife, Frances of Wytheville, Virginia also survive. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Bobby Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in Honey Grove Cemetery, Grayson County, Virginia. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
