Margaret Buchanan Osborne, age 66, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Smyth County Community Hospital, Marion, Va. 

Margaret was a loving wife, mom, mamaw, sister and friend. She adored her family. Margaret loved electronics – being on her i-pad, playing games, watching her shows, Yellowstone and Walking Dead. When she wanted to be outside, she loved her flowers and taking rides. Margaret is no longer hurting or sick – she’s with Jesus and will be loved and missed by her family until they see her again in Heaven.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Louise Buchanan.

Margaret is survived by her husband Ronnie Osborne of Marion, Va.; daughter, Margaret Ann McGhee and husband, Garland of Chilhowie, Va.; son, Michael Tuell of Marion, Va.; sisters, Hazel Armstrong of Atkins, Va., Carrie Gilley of Sugar Grove, Va., Betty Sheets and husband, Jimmy of Atkins, Va., and Janet Armstrong of Marion, Va.; brother, Howard Buchanan of Rich Valley, Va.; 3 grandchildren, Rheagan Tuell, Samantha Davenport and Bradley McGhee; several nieces and nephews; and special dog, Abby.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. with Pastor Mike Sage and Pastor Herman Cress officiating. Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Ridgedale Cemetery, 1112 Ridgedale Road, Saltville, Va. 24370.
