Mary Buchanan

FALLING WATERS, WEST VIRGINIA: MARY ANNE BUCHANAN, age 79, died Friday, June 5, 2009 at her home. Born August 5, 1929 in Marion, VA, she was the daughter of the late Bonnie Scott Sprinkle and Hallie Robinson Sprinkle. She is survived by one son, Michael Buchanan of Frederick, Maryland; one daughter, Sherri Buchanan of Williamsport, Maryland; and one grandson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvie Woodrow Buchanan, Jr.; two brothers, Bonnie Scott Sprinkle, Jr., and George Washington Sprinkle. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in Rose Lawn Cemetery with Reverend Neville Mozingo officiating.
