Mary Farris

MARION, VIRGINIA: MARY VIRGINIA FARRIS, age 83, widow of Charles B. Farris, died Wednesday, April 21, 2004 in Smyth County Community Hospital. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Danny Blackburn of Marion, Virginia. Two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Barbara Farris of Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Robert and Karen Farris of Sterling, Virginia. One sister, Hank Haulsee of Marion, Virginia. Seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 24, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Neville Mozingo officiating. Burial will follow in Wassum Valley Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
