Mary Frances Lee, age 86, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Wythe County Community Hospital, Wytheville, Va.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Carl Joseph Lee; sons, Phillip Stanton Lee and Carl Anthony Lee; parents, William and Sarah Miller; nine brothers and sisters.

Mary Frances is survived by three daughters, Deborah Carol McClanahan of Sugar Grove, Va., Sharon Louise Young of Dublin, Va., and Marian Lee Hayes of Grand Rapids, Mich.; seven grandchildren, Anica Charise Gambill, Latacha Michelle DuBrul, Adrian Keith Swan, Tanisha Monique Porter, Carl Anthony Lee II, Frederick Stanton Lee and Shonna Laniece Lee-Jenkins; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special friends Wanda Mitchell and Ann Perkins – a special thank you from the family.

The family will receive friends Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 12 until 1 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. with Bishop Nolan Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in Slemp Cemetery, 234 Horne Hollow Road Sugar Grove, Va. 24375.
