CHILHOWIE, VIRGINIA: OHMAR COLGATE, age 85, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Valley Health Care Center in Chilhowie, Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Tessie Colgate of Chilhowie, Virginia; two daughters, Barbara Totten of South Carolina and Joyce Davis and husband, Jerry of Marion, Virginia; three sons, Ronald Colgate and wife, Amy, George Colgate, all of Chilhowie, Virginia and James Colgate of Saltville, Virginia; one brother, Bill Colgate of Florida; three grandchildren, Daniel Davis, Jonathan Totten and Sonja Totten. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 17, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com.
