MARION, VIRGINIA: RICHARD "DICK" WAGONER, age 83, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Smyth County Community Hospital.
For years people knew Mr. Wagoner as the "Little Debbie Man". Most of his working life, over thirty years, he drove the Little Debbie truck. If you knew Dick, you knew he enjoyed talking. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Vetral Bryant Wagoner; and brother, Billy Wagoner.
He is survived by his three children, Jan Duff and husband, Allen of Melbourne Beach, Florida; Mike Wagoner and wife, Antoinette of Clarksville, Tennessee and Susie Wagoner and husband, Greg Richardson of Salem, Virginia; two brothers, Roy Wagoner and Alfred Wagoner and wife, Betty all of Jonesville, North Carolina; three grandchildren Abigail, Nathaniel and Aaron; and many nieces and nephews.
