Rita Ann Pennington Davis age 81, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, Tennessee. 

Rita was a loving mother, grandmother and will be missed by those that love her. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis E. Davis; parents, James and Cynthia Quesenberry; sister, Erlene Pennington Lloyd. 

Rita is survived by her son, Gary Albert Ellis, Jr.; grandchildren, Gary P. Ellis and wife, Caryn, Anastashia and Samantha Incore; great-grandson, Wyatt Theodore; nephew, Jim and wife, Angeline; special friends, Karen Dudley, Tammy Leona Maye and Tammy Murry.
