Robert M. Williams age 66, was reunited with his loved ones Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

Robert’s life was centered around his love for music. He followed in his fathers footsteps becoming a successful musician and multi-instrumentalist. He excelled playing bass, singing and drums. He played a variation of music from county, southern rock, and even the blues. Roberts love for music was then passed to his children, who have a profound appreciation for music. Aside from his love for music, he also enjoyed NASCAR and the Washington Redskins. You knew not to call on Sunday, especially if the Redskins lost to Dallas – to which his daughter would say “how ‘bout them Cowboys.” The family will miss their beloved “goofball.”

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Betty Williams; sisters, Dixie Dillion and Donna Capehart; and brother, James Williams.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Shannon Williams Riddick; sons, Robert M. Williams Jr. and Cody M. Williams; one grandson, Landon Walker “Champ” Riddick; several nieces, nephews, including Matt, Tammy, Wendy (Marcos), Amanda (Gerald) and William; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

 All services will be private.
