Shirley Snider

MARION, VIRGINIA: SHIRLEY A. SNIDER, age 71, died Monday, February 21, 2011 at Valley Health Care Center in Chilhowie, Virginia. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Ryan Charles Snider. Shirley is survived by her husband, Arlen B. Snider of Marion, Virginia; one daughter, Lisa Snider Carrico of Bristol, Tennessee; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Stephen Boyd and Jill Snider of Wytheville, Virginia, Charles Kevin and Shannon Snider of Marion, Virginia, and Phillip Arlen Snider of Chilhowie, Virginia; five grandchildren, Angela Snider, Tyler Carrico, Joshua Snider, Dalton Snider and Jordan Snider; and special friend Betty Kirk. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Seaver-Brown Chapel at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Pat Gilbert officiating. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Marion.
