MARION, Va. Tammy “Meatball” Peters Chaphe, age 44, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. She was born September 28, 1972 in Columbia, Pa. to Peggy Peters and Terry Peters, Sr. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 23 years, Dean Chaphe of Marion, Va.; children, Deana Ruby Jean Chaphe, Mark and Matthew Chaphe, and Jennifer O’Quinn; sister, Theresa Cunningham and husband, John of Atkins, Va.; brother, Terry Peters, Jr. of York.
