Teresa Hutton Parks

MARION, Va. Teresa Hutton Parks, age 58, died Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, Tennessee. Teresa was a loving daughter, proud mother and even prouder mamaw. People who knew and loved Teresa were the lucky ones. She had a giving, caring spirit and a heart of gold that made her a treasure to her family and friends. She was always doing more for others than she ever expected for herself. Her caring nature and fun loving presence will be missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Alton “A.D.” Hutton and her grandparents. Teresa is survived by her loving partner, Bill Hutton; sons, Brandon Parks and Brian Parks and wife, Kelsey; mother, Betty Poston Hutton; sisters, Tammy Romans and husband, Bill, Karen Richardson and husband, Jeff, all of Marion, Va., Patty Bridges and husband, Darrell of Atkins, Va.; brothers, Michael Hutton and partner, Karen Martin, Jason Hutton and fiancé, Tracy Stephenson and Shannon Hutton and wife, Melissa all of Marion, Va.; grandchild, Cambria Parks; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Pastor Conway Hutton officiating. Burial will follow in Wassum Cemetery.
