Virginia Calhoun

WYTHEVILLE, VIRGINIA: VIRGINIA "GIN" CALHOUN, age 81, died Tuesday, July 13, 2004 in Wythe County Community Hospital. She was born on March 28, 1923 in Smyth County to the late William Aaron and Florence Pennington Calhoun. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Elsie Cox and Katy Catron; one brother, Joe Calhoun. Ms. Calhoun was a member of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church in Atkins, Virginia and had lived in Wytheville for many years. She is survived by one sister, Anna Catron of Atkins, Virginia. Several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 15, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Grady Byrd and Rev. Kevin Fiorini officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The Family will receive friends one hour before the service
