Virginia “Jennie” Lynn Davis age 72, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023 in Phoenix, Az.

Jennie packed a lot of energy, spice and love in her small, little body – but her life left a big mark in her world. She adored her family, and if you were friend or family, Jennie had your back. She was crazy about her grandchildren and just about everyone knew her as Gram or Grammy. What a peace to know she’s in Heaven today – stopping everyone to say hey. Jennie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Davis, Sr.; step-mother, Frances Davis; brother, Lenny Davis.

Jennie is survived by her daughter, Michele Wellendorf and husband, Curt of Phoenix, Az.; brothers, Jesse Davis and wife, Sharon of Marietta, Ga. And Bob Davis and wife, Robin of Phoenix, Az.; three grandchildren, CJ Wellendorf and wife, Alicia, Hannah Wellendorf, Cooper Wellendorf all of Phoenix, Az.; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Heather Hougland of Phoenix, Az.

Graveside services will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery with Blake Frazier officiating.
