William Parks

MARION, VIRGINIA: WILLIAM ROGER PARKS, age 60, died Sunday, May 8, 2005 at Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Roy C. and Helen Powers Parks and his wife, Edna Parks. He leaves to mourn his passing a brother, Donald Parks and wife, Denise of Colonial Heights, Virginia. Two nephews, Tim Parks and wife, Barbara of Richmond, Virginia, and Jason Parks of Colonial Heights, Virginia. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Charles Blevins officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Mrs. Carson Anderson, 880 St. Clair's Creek Road, Chilhowie, Virginia 24319.
